| RepliGo Professional enables desktop quality viewing of email attachments
such as Adobe® PDF, Microsoft® Office, Corel® WordPerfect®,
OpenOffice, faxes and photos. Version 2.0 allows you to upload personal
documents to an online account and subsequently view, organize,
fax, print
and email
them from the BlackBerry. The integrated fax service provides document
sending to over 25 countries worldwide or printing to a nearby fax
machine. Documents can also be printed to an HP compatible printer
using Bluetooth wireless technology. New navigation features allow
hyperlink access from documents to the BlackBerry browser, email
and phone applications. |

An HTTP connection
to the wireless service which can be accomplished in one of three
ways:

BlackBerry Enterprise Server
with Mobile Data Services (MDS) enabled |

BlackBerry 8100 Series and 8700 Series
devices are highly recommended for printing. Other devices with
OS 4.0 or higher will print, however you may experience slow
performance. |

Note: If your device is part of a BlackBerry Enterprise
Server (BES) environment, your settings must allow for proper permissions
for installing third-party applications and services. Check with
your IT or network administrator if necessary. |

RepliGo Professional can be downloaded
and installed over-the-air (OTA) directly
to your BlackBerry. You can set up a trial account or
purchase a subscription from within RepliGo Professional
once it is installed to your BlackBerry.
You can enter the following address in the browser ON YOUR BLACKBERRY
to download RepliGo Professional to your device:
http://repligo.net/rp/
If your BlackBerry browser does not support redirects,
try this: http://repligo.net/home/download/RepliGoProInternet.jad
You can forward the above link to your BlackBerry.
Once installed, open RepliGo on the BlackBerry
and choose New
Account from the menu. Then follow the onscreen
instructions to set up a new trial account or choose Buy
Now. You can also purchase
online.
UPGRADING NOTES:
If you have RepliGo Professional PERSONAL OR CORPORATE
Editions you MUST uninstall this version before installing
version 2.0.
If you have RepliGo Professional Internet Edition, you
can install version 2.0 over the top of your existing installation.
To determine your version, open RepliGo
and choose About from the menu. If you are an existing subscriber and need
to download the software to your device, use the link above.
Once installed, open RepliGo on the BlackBerry and choose Options.
Enter your existing username and password and select
Log In from the menu. |

Using RepliGo

1. Viewing email attachments
and documents |
| |
An email with a supported attachment type is received on the
BlackBerry. |
| |
|
| |
After receiving an email with an attachment on your
BlackBerry, choose "Open with RepliGo" from the menu.
(Figure 1) The attachment will be processed by the RepliGo server
and sent to your device. You can then open the menu to select from
several options. (Figure 2)

Whole Page:
View a thumbnail view of the current page. Keyboard
shortcut: Alt+1

Read:
Flow the text and graphics to fit the screen for easy reading.

Zoom:
View the current page using multiple zoom levels which allow
for optimal viewing. Keyboard shortcuts:

Bookmarks:

Download:
Retrieve pages that have not yet been converted

2. Uploading
documents to your online account |
| |
RepliGo Professional allows you to upload up to 500MB of documents
to the RepliGo.net servers for archiving and wireless access. You
can access the documents from the Saved screen within RepliGo on
the BlackBerry. From there you can view, fax, print, email, tag,
and manage the documents.
You simply log into your account at www.repligo.net and
click on My Account. Click on the Manage button under My Documents.

From the Home screen open RepliGo and the Saved document
list will be displayed.
Choose Refresh from the menu and the document list will synchronize
with the documents uploaded to your RepliGo.net account. (Figure
12)

3.
Emailing documents |
| |
You can email documents directly from within RepliGo
to any email recipient. Select a document and choose the Send To
menu item, then select Email Recipient.

The original document is placed into a new email as an attachment.
(Figure 14) Fill in the subject and message body and select Send
from the menu.

4. Faxing
documents |
| |
You can fax documents directly from within RepliGo
to any fax number in over 25 countries. Select a document and choose
the Send To menu item, then select Fax Machine. You can
also fax while viewing a specific document. (Figure
15)
The original document is faxed to the number specified. You can
specify which pages to fax and also whether to include the Page
Header or a Cover Page. (Figure 16) Fill in the information
and select Send from the menu.
TIP: You may also fax documents to a nearby fax machine as a method
of printing a hard copy of the document.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A limit of 20 pages
per month is allowed. A page is considered a single page
that transmits in less than 1 minute. Pages that take over a minute to
transmit are considered 2 pages, over 3 minutes, 3 pages, etc. Cover pages
are considered pages.
An email will be sent notifying
you if you are about to exceed the limit.
You will receive an email confirmation from RepliGo.net
for each fax sent.

5.
Printing to HP Bluetooth printers |
| |
You can print documents directly from within RepliGo
to any Hewlett-Packard PCL 3 compatible Bluetooth
enabled printer. More information about supported printer is available here.
Select a document and choose the Send To menu item, then select
Bluetooth Printer. (Figure 17) Make sure that you have established
a Bluetooth partnership between your BlackBerry and the printer
and that Bluetooth is ON for the printer and the BlackBerry device.
You can
specify which pages to print and also whether to print in Black
& White, Grayscale, or even Color. (Figure 18) Fill in the
information and select Print from the menu.

6.
Using Hyperlinks |
| |
Live hyperlinks inside documents allow you to launch
the BlackBerry browser to visit a web page, send a message to an
email address, or make a phone call from a document — all
with one-click.
Simply scroll over a hyperlink, email address, or phone number
and open the menu. The appropriate action is listed. Select the
menu item and the appropriate BlackBerry application loads. (Figures

7.
Troubleshooting |
|
| 1. |
Connection Error 400:
This error is caused by server configuration settings that restrict
the RepliGo Professional connection. This could be due to your organization’s
BlackBerry Enterprise Server policies or MDS configuration or your
network’s settings. Check with your IT or BES Administrator to
allow this connection. |

| 2. |
Set up existing account on a new BlackBerry:
You can enter the following address in the browser ON YOUR BLACKBERRY
to download RepliGo Professional to your device: http://repligo.net/rp/
If your BlackBerry browser does not support redirects, try this:
http://repligo.net/home/download/RepliGoProInternet.jad
You can
forward the above link to your BlackBerry. Once installed, open
RepliGo on the BlackBerry and choose Options
from the menu. Then enter your existing RepliGo username
and password
and select Log In from the menu. If you cannot remember your
username and/or password, contact support.

Printing to an HP460 over Bluetooth:
There have been reports of occasional failures printing to the HP460
using the HP CB004A Bluetooth adapter card. This issue appears to
be resolved by using the HP BT450 USB Bluetooth adapter.

Upgrading to version 2.0:
If you have RepliGo Professional PERSONAL OR CORPORATE

Cannot remember username and/or
password:
Please contact support if you cannot remember your username and/or password.
While our staff cannot see your password in the system because it is encrypted,
we can reset your password. Once it is reset and you are able to log in,
you can log into your account
at www.repligo.net and update the password. Remember to update
the password in RepliGo on the BlackBerry as well. To do so,
open RepliGo and choose Options from the menu. Update the password field
with the new password and select Log In from the menu. |
